Do you release dated JUST Planner?


No! We wish to provide you the flexibility to start at any time around the year and you’ll not waste any single page. You will have the freedom to design your own date and monthly calendar or we have stickers provided to customise your very own design and needs.




How long does it last?


Part I & Part II of JUST Planner Classic are designed to cater 6 months for each planner serving different functions and purposes. Part I (6 months) + Part II (6 months) = 1 year You are wondering why don’t we merge both in 1 planner? Imagine if you are carrying a bulky and heavy planner with over 700++ pages around. We believe you will give up bringing it out within or less than a week. Furthermore, a 6 months planner allows you to be more focused and polish your ideal plans and habits while the 2nd half of the year allows you to review your previous methodology and make necessary adjustments and changes.




What is the difference between Classic Part I vs Part II?


Part I - A daily undated 6-month goal planner provides flexibility to start any time. It’s perfect for JUSTer to conduct goal setting by providing a series of tools assisting the JUSTer to gain clarity of oneself.
Part II - A daily undated 6-month goal planner is perfect for the JUSTer to continue with uncompleted goals with a set of tools to reflect the goals and to wrap up the whole year.




Is JUST Planner vegan friendly?


Yes! That's a must. We aim to give in everything we have to help the society and greener future. We are putting in many efforts to create a sustainability journey to move forward as a brand and continue to make small changes within the business internally and in our supply chain to be more environmentally efficient. We design all our products with sustainability and environmental friendly raw materials from the selection of paper to the packaging. The Planner is made from 120 gsm FSC-Certified paper and printed using natural soy bean inks including softcover wrapped with synthetic leather (vegan leather) over the genuine leather. The quality is still pretty amazing and very durable.




Do you have a digital form for JUST Planner?


No! We do not have an app or digital form of JUST Planner but we will develop in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter and stay tuned to receive the latest news from us.

How can I exchange my planner for a different one?


Very unfortunate, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to check out our Return Policy.

Do you customise planners?


No. We do not offer to customise the whole planner. BUT We customise the front cover with your brand/ logo as a gift to your company staff, as a corporate gift, events, workshop, conference, etc. By doing this allows you to utilise JUST Planner as a bridge for your brand to get noticed while giving them a best tool in crushing their dream goals. To have your brand/ logo crafted there, the minimum order shall be 100 planners and above. If your order is lesser than 100 planners, feel free to refer to our Bulk Order. Please note that our bulk order do not offer any customisation. Here is the link to proceed with your brand/ logo customisation.




Do you offer discounts for bulk order?

Do you offer any discounts for donation?

I forgot to apply for a discount coupon code. Can I still get the discount?


Very unfortunate that we are unable to retroactively apply the coupon code and discount once the transaction is completed. All discounts must be applied at the cart checkout page.




Can I cancel my order?


Yes! You have the right to cancel your order before the payment is successfully made. If payment has been made, please notify us immediately @ hello@just-planner.com. If your order has left our facility, we will not be able to cancel for you. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.




Can I change my order after payment has been made? What if I purchased the wrong planner?


Yes! You are allowed to change the same value product with no additional cost imposed on you but you must be quick. Please notify your changes hello@just-planner.com. If your product's has already left our facility, no further changes will be made for you.




Can I add on something after the order is confirmed and payment has been made?


Yes, you can always place a new order with us by providing us your current and previous order number @ hello@just-planner.com and we will deliver your product to you in a single parcel.




I have not received my order confirmation yet. What should i do?

I have entered the wrong shipping address, What should I do?

Do you ship internationally?


Yes! We ship worldwide. Just fill up your address during the shopping cart check out and you will have your shipping cost calculated. Please refer to our Shipping page for more details.




How long is the processing time?


All orders have a 1-3 business days processing time regardless of the shipping option selected. Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. If you have not received tracking email, kindly check your other email folders, or email us @ hello@just-planner.com. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by our shipping partner. Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay the processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.




How long will it take to receive my product?


Due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays for all international shipments in and out of Singapore. Please note that there may be an additional delay of up to 14 working days. Do you provide express shipping? How long does it take and how much does it cost?

How do I know when my order has been shipped?


You will receive an email shipping confirmation from us once your order is shipped with tracking details provided. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update.




How do I track my order?


Please use the link in the shipping confirmation email and key in the tracking number provided and you will be able to check the path of your order from our facility to your destination. If you have not received your tracking information for more than 5 days after confirmation of your order, please contact us @ hello@just-planner.com indicating your name and order number and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.




My order says delivered, but it’s not here! What does this mean?


Rare cases happened occasionally. Our shipping partner will mark packages as Delivered prior to it being actually delivered. Really doesn’t show up after 2 business days? Rest assured. We will make it up for you. Please notify us @ hello@just-planner.com and our team member will follow up closely with you.




My order didn’t arrive. What should I do?


Oh dear! We are truly sorry to hear that. You should have received your parcel within the scheduled time but odd time happens occasionally. If you have not received your package after 30 days, we consider it lost. Please drop us an email @ hello@just-planner.com indicating your order number and shipping confirmation email. One of our team member will immediately send you a new JUST Planner and investigate your case personally.




How can I return my JUST Planner?


We are confident that JUST Planner will assist you in crushing your goals. We find that we have remarkably low in return rate and we are proud of our product. We understand that there are cases in which you need to return your order and we are happy to accommodate the return. Feel free to refer to our Return Policy.




What will be the shipping rate?


Your shipping rate will be calculated after you have input your destination address during the checkout. Shipping rate will vary depending on the weight and the location.




Do I have to pay for Customs Duty?


We wish to get it covered but unfortunately No! International orders are subject to customs taxes and vary depending on the respective country's policy, the cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only and not towards any additional custom fees. Customers are liable for any additional customs taxes and payment is necessary to receive your package. However, if you choose to refuse the customs fee and have your package returned, we will be sure to process a refund to you once we receive the package but the shipping and processing fee is not refundable.

To be transparent, Just Planner will publish the news in the Press and our social media (Facebook/ Instagram) or subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to receive our front line news. Due to the current Covid-19, we will accumulate all the Planners until further notice from the Singapore government to give the green light to resume the program.
